Rental terms & conditions
Rentals run from Saturday to Saturday with a minimum rental of two weeks. Sorry! No smokers, no pets.
Payment terms: 50% at booking, the balance in cash or by prior bank transfer. Plus a security deposit of 1 week's rent (2 weeks for stays of 1 month or longer). For cancellations up to three months (two months) of the rental date 50% (30%) of the booking fee will be refunded.
